Natural cashews: storage methods

It is advisable to consume natural cashews within the expiry date indicated on the package and to keep them in a cool and dry place, preferably in a box or in a glass jar which protects from the entrance of air therefore keeping their freshness for a longer time. The ideal temperature for keeping cashews is between 16° and 18°.
