In making our praline almonds, we follow a controlled production process to ensure that the quality of our raw materials is maintained and maintained even when the product is finished.
The almonds are expertly processed to achieve a layer of caramelized granulated sugar on the fruit’s outer surface, giving the fruit additional crunch and a sweet flavor that will win you back.
This product is widely used in confectionery. You can garnish your cakes or other desserts with delicious praline almonds or enjoy them alone or as a topping for ice cream, parfaits or yogurt.

Methods of storage and available packaging

To enjoy our pralined almonds at their best, while avoiding ruining their quality and crunchy texture, it is necessary to store them in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The ideal storage temperature should not exceed 20°C. Once you open the package, we suggest you store them in airtight glass containers that will keep the product fresh.
