In the kitchen, walnuts are very versatility: they can be used as a crunch ingredient in tasty summer salads, but also to make more elaborate preparations. They are ideal with semi-mature cheeses and full-bodied red wines.
You can keep this product in a cool and dry place to preserve all its properties. It is preferable to store type “A” kernels walnuts at room temperature of 12-16°C, keeping them away from heat and light sources.
