Q: What is BRC certification?

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety was established in 1998 to ensure that branded products are produced to well-defined quality standards and in compliance with minimum requirements. It is one of the food safety standards recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative, whose main aim is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain. The application of the BRC is therefore a necessary prerequisite to be able to export its products, and it is a recognized guarantee instrument for the company's reliability.

The Kosher Certification, also called simply Kosher, is the set of religious rules that govern the nutrition of observant Jews. The Hebrew word "Kosher" means “in accordance with the law”. This certification is essential to be able to export its products to countries that observe the Jewish religion.

Q: What is the FDA registration?

It’s an obligation that involves all foreign countries and it is covered by the “Public Health and Safety Act”, issued in order to protect US citizens from terrorist threats and attacks, as well as to protect public health. In essence, the Food and Drug Administration ensures that food for US citizens is safe, healthy, hygienic and properly labelled.
